You know the feeling; you go to a training on trauma and get all fired up with the new knowledge and then a youth you are working with does something and you don't have a clue how to respond. Come hear about how you can look at behaviors as language with responses that create healing opportunities and build relationship rather than compliance. Practical interventions will be discussed with examples given. Questions are invited. Come ready to engage, laugh, learn, and think.
