Honorable Charles F. Pratt

Judge Pratt began his service to Allen Superior Court, Family Relations Division as a Judicial Referee in 1983. He was appointed Magistrate in 1985 and was elected Judge by the people of Allen County in 1998 and retired in 2021. Judge Pratt founded the Annual Conference on Youth in 1990 and Great KIDS make Great COMMUNITIES in 1999, providing strengths-based practices and positive youth development training to youth workers in Allen County.

Amanda Miller, Director

Amanda joined Great KIDS in February, 2018. She holds a BS from Purdue University in Organizational Leadership and Supervision. Before coming to Great KIDS, Amanda worked in advertising and marketing for a non-profit as well as in the financial industry. Additionally, she has experience in project management, event planning, organizing volunteers and community events.

Jessica Gervais, Training Coordinator

Jessica joined Great KIDS in January 2017. She earned her BSW from the University of Saint Francis, where she developed a passion for empowering youth and families. Jessica continues to stay connected to USF by serving on their Social Work Community Advisory Board. Jessica completed the “Essentials of Asset Building” Training of Trainers from Search Institute in 2017, and offers training on the 40 Developmental Assets to agencies and organizations throughout Allen County. Jessica devotes a majority of her time with Great KIDS to the Mental Health Training Series, which offers training and education on youth development strategies to the community. Prior to coming to Great KIDS, she previously assisted the YMCA Youth Service Bureau as an intern where she gained experience in providing support and resources to families and youth in crisis.

Nicole Schulert, Assistant

Nicole joined Great KIDS in May of 2021. She holds a Master of Library and Information Science degree from San Jose State University and a Master of Arts in English from California State University, Fullerton. She worked in the public library system for over twenty years before moving to Fort Wayne, Indiana, and is a mother to four great kids. As Judge Pratt's former Family Court Administrator, she received training on presenting the 40 Developmental Assets and the ACEs. She provides office support and research for Great KIDS.
