Great KIDS make Great COMMUNITIES' purpose is to train and support anyone working with youth and families in Allen County, Indiana. We believe that youth workers--teachers, social workers, mental health professionals, mentors, coaches, parents, pastors, volunteers, afterschool staff, preschool and early childhood staff and anyone who is in relationship with young people--have a vital impact on the futures of our community. Great KIDS's job is to provide appropriate, research-based best practices to these child champions in Allen County.
