Who is served by Great KIDS make Great COMMUNITIES
Great KIDS make Great COMMUNITIES is an organization dedicated to infusing principles of positive youth development into all areas of life in Allen County, Indiana. The organization was founded by Judge Charles F. Pratt in late 1998/early 1999 to focus efforts on supporting and training youth serving organizations and individuals. This support and positive influence is then passed on to our youth and their family helping to eliminate the chance they will become negatively involved in the Court system. This program and web site is directed to those organizations and individuals working to positively influence today's youth.
