Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes conflicts arise and registrants are not able to attend events. In order to receive a refund for any Great KIDS' sponsored event, the registrant must cancel their registration at least 72 hours in advance of the conference. Cancellations received closer to the start of the conference than 72 hours will not be eligible for a refund, as final guarantees will have already been given to the location of the conference, materials have been ordered, etc. Thank you for your understanding.

If necessary, payment can be taken at a later date, however, we MUST receive registration forms by the conference registration deadline. Please do not bring cash payments on the day of the Conference; payment by check may be brought to the Conference on Youth.
The registration deadline is September 30, 2011. After September 30, 2011, registrations will be subject to availability and will ONLY be processed through our online registration form at signmeup.com.
