- 1990: Allen Superior Court, Family Relations Division offers its first Annual Conference on Youth on IPFW’s campus.
- 1994: Governor's Exemplary Project Award for the Annual Conference on Youth
- September 30, 1999: Great KIDS make Great COMMUNITIES and the Annual Conference on Youth is honored by Representative Mark Souder in the US Congressional Record.
- October 7, 1999: Lynn Shaw, Mayor of the City of New Haven, Indiana declares the day Great KIDS make Great COMMUNITIES Day
- October 7, 1999: Allen County Board of Commissioners issue a Proclamation in support of the Great KIDS make Great COMMUNITIES project and the Annual Conference on Youth
- October 7, 1999: Paul Helmke, Mayor of the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana issues a Proclamation in support of the Great KIDS make Great COMMUNITIES project and the Annual Conference on Youth
- 1999: Great KIDS make Great COMMUNITIES receives the Indiana Youth Institute's Youth Investment Award for the Annual Conference on Youth
- January 24, 2007: Megan Kelly, Great KIDS Coordinator, is honored by the News-Sentinel as an "Unsung Hero" for her work with Great KIDS make Great COMMUNITIES
- November 30, 2007: Allen County Board of Commissioners issue a Proclamation declaring the day Adoption Day in Allen County as part of Allen Superior Court and Great KIDS make Great COMMUNITIES' Adoption Day Initiative.
- November 30, 2007: Terry McDonald, Mayor of the City of New Haven, Indiana issues a Proclamation declaring the day Adoption Day in New Haven as part of Allen Superior Court and Great KIDS make Great COMMUNITIES' Adoption Day Initiative.
- November 30, 2007: Graham Richard, Mayor of the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana issues a Proclamation declaring the day Adoption Day in Fort Wayne as part of Allen Superior Court and Great KIDS make Great COMMUNITIES' Adoption Day Initiative.
- March, 2009: The City of Fort Wayne honors Great KIDS make Great COMMUNITIES as one of the "best three collaborative community projects that have resulted in a significant local impact" in its 2009 application for the All-America City Award.
- April 13, 2009: The City of Fort Wayne announces that, using Great KIDS make Great COMMUNITIES as one of three highlighted projects, it has achieved finalistist status for the All-America City Award.
- June 20, 2009: Using Great KIDS make Great COMMUNITIES as part of its application and presentation, the City of Fort Wayne wins the 2009 All-America City Competition. All-America City Judges refer to Great KIDS as a "National Model."

- October 1, 2009: Indiana Lieutenant Governor Becky Skillman honors Judge Charles Pratt with the Partners In Progress Award for his work with the Annual Conference on Youth and Great KIDS make Great COMMUNITIES
- November 5, 2009: The Indiana State Bar Association Young Lawyers Section honors Judge Charles Pratt with the Outstanding Judge Award in part for his work with the Annual Conference on Youth and Great KIDS make Great COMMUNITIES
- January 14, 2010:The Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Indiana Holiday Commission and Governor Mitch Daniels present the Passing the Torch Award for encouraging younger generations to work toward Equality for All People to Judge Charles Pratt
- June 23, 2010: The Pennsylvania 2010 Perpanency Conference honors Judge Charles Pratt with the Fostering Connections County Collaborative Award.
- June 26, 2011: Leadership Fort Wayne and the Journal-Gazette name Great KIDS Coordinator Megan Kelly one of Northeast Indiana's Top Connectors.
